Sean continues to tolerate his feedings. He is back at 42 cc's of breast milk + 26 calories of HMF (Human Milk Fortifier) every 3 hours. He now weighs 4 lbs. 12.4 oz!
Today was an exciting day for both Sean & Mommy. Sean breastfed for the first time!
He continues on the Nasal Cannula with High Flow & High Humitity. He was contining to DSAT, so there was some discussion about placing him back on the bubble CPAP. Instead what Doc/RN decided to do was give him a higher flow and keep him on the Nasal Cannula. This is good news.
Oxygen has been at 28 - 30% (goal is room air at 21%).
Sean had a quick bath and his hair washed today. He loved it!
Daddy & Mommy have been busy preparing for Sean's homecoming...which will hopefully take place sometime in September.
Please pray that Sean continues on a good course with no setbacks.
